Because of the success of the 2010 festival and because of
the support of our sponsors, GBAI was able to contribute $11,000
to local school art programs. Five thousand dollars was given to
the Gulf Breeze Arts endowed scholarship at PJC bringing our
total in the Scholarship Find to about $62,000. We were also
able to donate $1,500 to each of the art programs at Gulf Breeze
High School, Gulf Breeze Middle School, Gulf Breeze Elementary
School, and Oriole Beach Elementary School. In these times of
economic difficulty these donations make a tremendous difference
to these programs and allow the art teachers to do many project
for which they would otherwise not have the funds.

Gulf Breeze Arts president Lorene Lanza presents a $1,500 check to Jennifer Day of Gulf Breeze Elementary School to help support their art program.
